WORLD PROPERTY AWARDS
Participation in the international World Property Awards 2018 competition (Asia Pacific region) brought the holding awards in three categories:
- Project “RC BRAUN” / nomination Best High-Rise Residential Development
- Project “RC Abay-130” / nomination Residential Development
- Development Marketing for the RC BRAUN project / nomination Best Development Marketing
The purpose of participating—and the result reflected by these awards—is the recognition of best practice and the maintenance of high standards in the real-estate industry worldwide!
A total of 800 entrants were registered in the Asia Pacific region across various categories. The Asia Pacific region includes participants from countries such as China, Singapore, India, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, and all countries of Central Asia.
Projects were evaluated by an independent panel in London consisting of 80 experts from architecture, design, marketing, development, and construction. The judging focused on specific criteria such as innovation, originality, quality, service, and sustainability/renewable energy and environmental conservation.
The jury was chaired by members of the House of Lords of the UK Parliament: Lord Caithness, Lord Best, the Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso.
