NEW CITY STYLE BY TAU DEVELOPMENT

 The Abay130 project was launched in May 2017 and is now entering the final stretch: interior finishing and site landscaping are underway.

The project slogan—“new city style”—was adopted neither by chance nor without foundation. The project’s distinctive features enabled it to win at the international real-estate competition World Property Awards, as well as take first prize on the local market at Astana Design Awards 2018 in the category Best Landscape Design.

From the entire list of new and stylish solutions in this project, the following key elements can be highlighted—those recognized and deservedly awarded by the international and local juries.
