The Abay130 project was started in May 2017 and is now reaching the finish line: finishing work and landscaping are underway.  

The slogan of the project - “new city style” was not assigned by chance, and not without reason. The distinctive features of the project allowed it to become a winner in the international real estate competition - World Property Awards, as well as take first prize in the local market in the nomination for the best project in the field of landscape design at the Astana Design Awards 2018.
