Recently, Kazakhstan has increasingly been gaining recognition as an attractive tourist destination for foreign citizens and business tourists. This trend is developing with noticeable progress.
In the past 7 months alone, over 250 Indian businessmen have visited Almaty through the KIDS line. Representatives of the Indian business community view Almaty not only for its tourism potential but also as a favorable location for investment and industrial projects.
In this context, Tau Development, at the initiative of the Kazakhstan-India Business Council, was selected for a visit and exchange of experience, as well as to discuss the potential for international business cooperation.
Representatives of the Pune Builders and Architects Association, Marathi Bandhkam Vyavasayik Association (MVVA), accompanied by Indian media, visited the construction sites of TAU Development, as well as the sales offices of the BRAUN and Abay130 residential complexes, and the showrooms of these complexes recently opened for buyer visits.
TAU Development is interested in partnering with foreign investors to jointly develop new projects both locally and internationally. Since the Association includes over 300 major construction and development companies, and the collective turnover of its members is close to 2 billion USD, the prospects for cooperation are quite promising.
In 2017, the Association visited Israel and Jordan. As a result of the tour, the Association members initiated several joint projects with the Tel Aviv Municipality. The Association members have carried out projects in the UAE (Bungalow Scheme in Jumeirah) and many projects in Australia.
The goal of the delegation's visit is to gain insight into the investment potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the construction industry, the prospects for civil and commercial construction development in Kazakhstan, the plans of TAU Development LLP to participate in enhancing the architectural appearance of Kazakhstan's cities, and investment opportunities for joint projects in India and the Southeast Asia region.
Tau Development received high praise from Indian colleagues for its activities and the quality of its construction projects. Currently, Tau Development manages housing projects in Almaty with a total area of 170,000 m² and 1,300 high-quality housing units in finished condition, available at affordable prices.
